Apple’s global rollout of GymKit began last fall with a single gym in Australia, and has expanded in the following months. The most recent country to gain support for the fitness platform is the United Arab Emirates, where the functionality has been rolling out in April. In a series of private demonstrations given by Apple’s director of fitness technologies Jay Blahnik, GymKit was demonstrated in a fitness center at The Address Boulevard, a 5-star hotel in Dubai....
Maggie Geha’s Ivy will gain her iconic comic book Poison Ivy powers in Gotham season 4, though she won’t complete her transformation into the full-blown supervillain from the comics just yet. The character has had an interesting ride on the series so far: Clare Foley originally played the role as a young peer to Camren Bicondova’s Selina Kyle, but ahead of Gotham season 3 the role was recast, with Geha stepping in to play an older version....
Despite being part of the Gotham cast since the very first episode, Selina Kyle’s character progression has been a slow-burner. A stereotypical street kid, Kyle has flitted in and out of criminal gangs throughout the show’s three seasons and visibly has trust issues - refusing to form relationships with others or stay in one place too long. More recent episodes have shown a softening in Selina’s nature however, and her friendships with Ivy Pepper and Bridgit Pike have come to the fore, showing a different side to the youngster....
The fifth and final season of Fox’s Batman prequel, Gotham, promises lots of big moments for fans of Batman’s iconic imagery. The twelve-episode season (given a boost from the initial order of ten episodes), subtitled “Legend of the Dark Knight,” begins with the city plunged into a familiar scenario for comic book fans; drawing inspiration from the famous comic book arc, No Man’s Land, this season sees Gotham cut off from the rest of the world, with the various gang factions having taken over the city....

Guardians of the Galaxy 3 will reportedly begin filming a little earlier than originally expected. The film, which looks to conclude the story of Marvel’s ever-popular cosmic team, was at one point going to start production in January 2019 in order to meet a hypothetical 2020 release date. However, that was before writer/director James Gunn was controversially fired from the project last summer, which put Guardians 3 on indefinite hold. The film remained in standstill for several months, until Gunn was surprisingly rehired earlier this year....
It’s always sad when one of our favorite creators leaves an exciting project. Like when Lord & Miller left Solo, or Edgar Wright left Ant-Man. However, that’s to be expected with popular filmmakers. They’ve got a lot going on, after all. One such case is Oscar-winner Guillermo Del Toro. The Shape of Water director has had a lot of exciting projects in the past that, sadly, never made it to the big screen....
Google’s Inbox Gmail client has today finally received an update to support the iPhone X’s Super Retina display. Today’s update brings the app up to version 1.3.180617, and the release notes are sparse, with the only change being iPhone X support. The app, which has been getting frequent updates, has been dubbed as the beta client for Google’s official Gmail client, testing new features before heading to the Gmail app....

After five seasons, FOX is finally set to bid adieu to Gotham by fulfilling the one promise producers have maintained from the beginning: Batman will only be seen when the series ends. That promise has more or less sustained the series through the seasons, as the campy prequel has shifted from a Jim Gordon-centric tale to one that, like the city for which it is named, is overrun by the eccentric and dangerous criminals that not only populate it, but frequently threaten to watch it all burn....
