Your character must first buy one of the six arcades offered in the game. After that, you will be eligible to participate in the Diamond Casino Heist. These arcades cost from $1.2 million to $2.5 million. Go and interact with Lester in Mirror Park. After that, you will be able to buy the arcade of your choice.
